Howdy girls! We will be reading The Bean Trees by Barbara Kingsolver for the month of June. We will be meeting June 26 at 7:30 pm (if that time works for everyone) at my place. I will send out an email with the date, time, and address later. This is my second favorite novel by Kingsolver (The Poisonwood Bible is my first favorite.)

Yvon sent this video to me, and I thought it was something all of us should check out. Reading this book this month has made me evaluate how I'm choosing to live my life right now. This speaker is an amazing man, and will really make you think...

Contributors...
Okay, I sent out an email, but I thought I'd post it to the blog too. I think the reason some of you can't post to the blog is because you haven't accepted the invitation to become an author. So, I resent the invitations (via email) to you today. Make sure to watch for it--check your junk mail too. Once you accept the invitation, the computer should automatically set you up as a contributor. If you don't get an invitation, let me know, and I'll send one again!
